The amount of bookings you can make during a period is based upon the type of vehicle you arrive in and the waste you are bringing. If you no longer have your booking confirmation, you can retrieve your booking details online. You may be asked to return at your booked time or make a new booking if your slot has passed. However, please don’t worry if you are slightly early or late – the system has a time tolerance around your booking slot to accommodate this. All users must book in advance from 24 November 2025. You will not be allowed on site without your confirmation email and proof of address e.g. driving licence. If you manage to use less electricity than you’d normally use at that time in two Power Down sessions, you’ll earn one Weekend Happy Hour.
